With our products being swimwear, the safety of our following & community is our number one priority and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any returns on any bikini bottom items.
We will be accepting returns only for the following items
- Bikini Tops
In the event, the top does not fit or you do not like your items we will happily make a return if the following criteria are met:
- Item is returned within 14 days of purchase
- Item is in original conditions
- Item is unworn, no make-up or tan marks
- A receipt and proof of purchase has to be provided
If you are returning an item shipping costs will be covered by you the customer.
We currently do not accept exchanges, after items are returned you will receive a refund and will need to place a new order.
All sale items are final sales and will not be excepted for returns.
We want everyone to feel great in our bikinis, in the event you want to return the bikini top please let us know within 14 days by providing a detailed description of the fault along with pictures as proof via firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide an image of your receipt in your email.
We will access the fault and get back to you within 24 hours email@example.com.
